Maori koauau

 In sensory this week I relaxed back in my beanbag and listened to the maori koauau which is a special flute made of wood. The sound was very nice to listen to and was very soothing.

I really enjoyed relaxing and watching the Amazon Rainforest in my sensory session. There were different animals and nice relaxing music.

Fun with my friends at ANZAC Park

 Hello all

I had heaps of fun with my friends going to ANZAC Park. I had a lovely walk around the park and relaxed in the sun. I had a swing as well and really enjoyed it so much and had big smiles.

Foot soak

 I enjoyed relaxing with my feet in the warm water having a foot soak. It smelt lovely with some lavender essential oils.
